2. What data I collect

Through the contact form: name, phone or email, the role you aim for, your experience level, the package you want and your message. If you send me a CV or other documents, they may contain additional personal data. For invoicing I may need your identification details and billing address.

3. Why I use it and on what basis

  • To reply to you and deliver the service (performance of a contract or steps before concluding it).
  • For invoicing and accounting duties (legal obligation).
  • To measure traffic with Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies (consent).

4. Who I share it with

I use providers that process data on my behalf: hosting (Hostinger), form delivery (Formspree) and, if you accept, Google Analytics. My accountant may also be involved. I do not sell your data and I do not pass it to employers without your consent.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (for example Formspree, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US framework, as applicable.

6. How long I keep it

I keep form data and documents you send (CV etc.) for as long as needed for the service and generally no more than 30 days after completion, then I delete them. Invoices and accounting records are kept as required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@cruisejobprep.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

8. Cookies

I use cookies only for traffic measurement (Google Analytics), and only after you accept them in the banner on the site. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

9. Security

I take reasonable measures to protect data, but transmission over the internet is never completely secure.

I may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this page.
